The down side is the hotel is very dated, it doesn’t look like the pictures, the gym is tired, the rooms and bathrooms especially and I didn’t have a good experience with the food. The manager sorted that though. My original room also was very damp smelling, but that was also resolved and I was able to move rooms. Unfortunately for me this wasn’t the relaxing spa evening I envisioned as a stopping point to my destination. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t stay again. Best Western need to invest in this property, it isn’t the staffs fault, you have a very good team here and is a credit to your business, but you need to put money into the property and bring it up to date."
