"The stay was good, the parking was terrible. One space designed for a compact car and we had to put our pickup truck into it. :) And several nights, someone else parked in our assigned space."

"Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend."

The unit was clean, comfortable bed, smart TVs, updated counter tops and appliances, etc. I also liked how it had driveway parking so I didn’t have to leave my rental on the street. "This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall...

"Property was very clean, beautifully renovated, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The neighborhood was very nice - a school just down a couple blocks down that our kids used for a playground in the afternoon. We were super impressed and we would definitely stay again!"

"We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake."
