"Great location, amenities very good. Given a handicap room, bathroom a challenge. No counter or vanity making it hard to store toiletries. Shower curtain hung to high making it hard to keep bath floor dry."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel. The pictures shown here do not match the condition nor the way this property looks like. It’s dirty, old, bad maintained, it’s just nasty. I booked a different room that the one I was given. I walked out right away with my son. Don’t waste your money. I found the spark Hilton down the road for 30 dollars more and was one thousand times better! Learn from my mistake. Going cheap is not the best way… you will regret it. This hotel is nothing like it looks in the pictures. Be aware. "

"Hotel is modern and nice. In site restaurants could be better. Their food is nothing to write home about. Room was nice. Bathroom is modern including the shower which looks very nice but is not very practical because the half glass door lets water out onto the floor."

"Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to get a few things more together.. weird experience "

"We really enjoyed staying here. The amenities were a bit outdated but we still had fun. Loved that our family had plenty of room. Was really grossed out by the dishwasher with water at the bottom, but we were prepared and had paper plates and just washed anything else we needed. We were rushed out 30 minutes before our checkout with the cleaning crew sitting outside. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Was a great value for the amount of space. Would definitely stay again."

"The photos that we saw online were very deceiving. It looked much nicer online than it actually is. It is very old, the bedrooms were not as nice as they appeared. Nothing was mentioned about the train tracks behind the hotel. Trains running through in the morning. It wasn't in the best area. Would not stay there again."
