Great Area, Close to North end of the Villages. Home off Hwy 441/27 in Orange Blossom Hills Subdivision. New Custom built home in 2023. 75 x 125 Lot. 4 bedrooms, Master bathroom has a small lip for the shower so can easily roll in shower. Home has wider areas new porcelain tile flooring thru out. New silver paint inside. 2nd bathroom has tub/shower. Split floor plan. 2 car garage. Spacious kitchen with large white cabinets and granite countertops. Inside laundry with washer and dryer. Large Dining area and bar with 3 barstools. 10 ft ceilings. Large entry way. 17 foot lanai to enjoy outdoor dining for 6. Dining table with 6 chairs. Table with 2 chairs for morning coffee. 2 car garage. Foosball table. Great for families.

Great Location!!
4 couples traveled to the area for Leesburg Bikefest, owners were very communicative and timely in their responses. Place was spotless and a fun welcoming layout. Would definitely stay there again!!

Summerfield
Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. When we arrived the garage door was up and the entry to the home inside the garage was unlocked and front door going inside the house was unlocked. Making a very unsafe check in. Especially if your arriving at night time. If you walked around with bare feet they would turn black after walking on floor within minutes of getting there. You could tell floors had not been mopped in some time. For such a high cleaning fee it was not clean. Hard mattress in each room not ver comfy- felt like they were wrapped in plastic under the sheets. I assume the mattress cover is plastic and makes sleeping noisy and uncomfortable. Curtains were very shear letting too much light in overnight. The neighbors porch lights come directly into the window at the head of bed in the main bedroom. Needs blackout curtain that cover entire window. The house itself was roomy and there was enough physical beds and space for our family. The price of this home was much less than others in the area but after staying I do understand probably why.

Convenient location
I found the location to be so convenient - close to a major route and tons of shopping, yet in a neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. Great back yard, huge kitchen island, and best en suite shower in any of my travel experiences! It was great to have 4 bedrooms so we could each have our own space.
