"The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."

"Pros and Cons. Nice air conditioning. Lobby clean. Seems they are trying best they can. Shower was bad. Bed was bad. Pillows were bad. Hot tub out of service. "Lounge" access was fair at best. Likely won't stay here again."
