The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. Lovely renovated condo located mid-island on a very quiet stretch of beach and directly across from Publix and Snook Bight Marina, which also houses two cool island restaurants. The property also has a well-maintained pool with new loungers, tables, chairs and grills located on the south end of the building. Most days we opted to sun bathe in the provided loungers under the dappled sun & shade provided by several swaying palms."
