"My husband and i have visited Sonoma and Napa Valley, and the Russian river valley for 40 years. We decided to try the Monterey/Carmel valley this trip. First, to be oceanfront and have direct access to the beach, made our decision even easier to try the wines in this area and to stay at this condo. We were not disappointed at all. the weather was beautiful, blue skies and in the 60s, perfect conditions for tasting phenomenal chardonnays and pinot noirs. it was so relaxing to come back to the condo and open up a bottle and watch the sunset from our balcony. the condo was roomy and well stocked and very clean. the bed was comfy, and the shower was very nice. we are looking forward to coming back next year when it is a little warmer so we can enjoy the Pacific Ocean. Aside from the great wines, the local breweries have great food and even better hazy IPAs. thank you to the security staff who gave us the peace of mind that we were safe during our visit from Florida. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. five stars."

"The house was amazing, with a fully stocked kitchen! Also fully stocked for a beach day! A perfect location, protected from afternoon beezes, and the perfect deck to watch the sunset! "We enjoyed our stay! The primary bedroom is spacious with glimpses of the ocean (same view from family room). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans of all sizes and baking and cooking essentials. A one minute stroll to a sandy, uncrowded beach (we even found a fully intact sand dollar!). Also, it's accessible to those who can walk but have limited mobility: short walk from parking lot to the front door (slight incline), single-level unit, short walk to the beach via a boardwalk to your choice of wooden steps or a sloped sandy path. Located right between Monterey and Santa Cruz, and pretty close to Elkhorn Slough."

"This is our 2nd stay in this charming condo. It is perfection; beautifully furnished with everything you need plus some. The view is breathtaking, each morning we watched the whales and dolphins swim by. Being soothed to sleep by the ocean waves every night was so relaxing.Thank you Laura for sharing your treasure by the sea, we will be back soon!"
