“For anyone traveling through Jackson/Martell, you may not find a nicer innkeeper than Steve. If you need anything, he will provide and with a smile The renovation is very good from previous owner and will be even better with small improvements. I was very happy with the continental breakfast, the neighborhood, right in the middle of my traveling plans, and close to nearby restaurants. Be sure to try Teresa's Italian in Martell. World Class menu, especially the Tiramisu dessert. I will happily……

“Staff was very nice!”

“Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.”

“Yes. They've remodeled and it's great, but the bed and pillows were excessively puffy. The rest was all good though!”

“Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score.”
