"The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk."

"Amazing location with quick access to everything you will need in South Lake Tahoe. Comfortable and spacious room, and very easy parking. The property, especially bathrooms, need a little renovation and face lift. Rest everything was perfect!"

"We decided to take a last minute trip to Tahoe from San Francisco. This hotel was absolutely perfect. Great location, right on the edge of Heavenly Village, but tucked off back into the property speckled with tall beautiful trees to hide away a bit. The design of the exterior is very cozy and cute, like your in the mountains. There is an excellent restaurant right next door, Izabella’s. We walked from our room to dinner and back, and then enjoyed some time in the hotels pool and hot tub to relax before dinner. Hot tub open till 10pm which we thought was a great time ! The room was so clean and plenty spacious. The blackout curtains worked so well! The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, we slept like angels! Would definitely recommend this place, and we will be coming back! Thank you HiMark."

"First and foremost, the views from our room were absolutely incredible. This property sits right on the beach and has Lake views for miles. That said, the property is older, certainly not updated and you would need to stay on the third floor to avoid excessive floor creaking when people are walking around in the room above you. We were on the second floor and the noise from the floorboards above was so loud it woke us up,.. So loud in fact we actually recorded it to show to the staff. Worth the money? Probably. But third floor only."
