Loved indoor pool & spa area Bath towels huge fluffy and clean shame toiletries not great Atrium room only had double bed a little small Staff very helpful .. Close walk to everything and transport

Well located hotel let down by terrible check-in.

Pros: The lovely staff delivering room service. Totally opposite of check in.
The hotel is well located and the room we had was spacious and clean. However, the whole experience was let down by the most appalling and rude person at check in. I have emailed the hotel about this individual and have had no reply... I also tried to arrange some special touches as it was my partner's birthday. When I phoned to ask about cakes etc I was told 'we don't do that sort of thing, we're a business hotel...you might want to google a bakery nearby'. They also decided to add extra charges for minibar items that we didn't use.

Very disappointing noisy hotel stay in Sydney

Pros: Ease of check-in.
Cons: Better trained staff that can deal with a busy/full hotel. Staff that can handle negative feedback.
Location: Great location
If you're expecting a quiet holiday, think again before choosing the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel. We were looking forward to a special weekend in Sydney for Vivid, but were left disappointed and very tired as a direct result of staying at this hotel. Floor hallways had become makeshift playgrounds for children and every time a door closed, we thought the walls were going to cave in. Staff appeared unsure in how to deal with noise complaints when this was put to them after the first restless night. Constant running between the front desk & the back room appeared unnecessary. We simply expected an apology and an option to move rooms straight away. Our replacement room had plumbing issues resulting in a third room move. This room ended up being the worst of all three rooms. Unfurnished with the simple things (tissues) one would expect in a hotel that as stated by one hotel staff member as the better of the two Radisson hotels in Sydney's CBD. Our first and unfortunately our last stay at the Radisson. We expected better for the price & brand

Fantastic hotel

Great hotel ...location is perfect... half way to the main CBD mall & circular key .... after a big day exploring Sydney it's so good to come back to the beautiful room .... one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in... the shower pressure was amazing & it's so nice to have it as hot as you like instead off the luke warm settings for safety .... breakfast was nice but not worth $35 by any means! The only complaint I have was the very rude girl when we checked in... in a hotel off that standard you would not expect to be spoken or treated the way she did... all the other staff were professional! Overall 5star but they lost half a point due to our initial greeting
