Everything was great. But there is no enough for vegetarian breakfast withlut eggs and fish. Should consider other dishes for vegetarian or vegan. Room didnt had any cutlery, folks for noodles from mini bar and spones for cofee or tea making

Rooms and amenities are becoming a bit outdated and could use some updates. Also, not very welcoming for a 5-star hotel to offer an "upgrade" to a room with better views for almost double the cost of your original stay. Otherwise as a comfortable stay. The bell staff was very kind and always acknowledged us going in and out of the hotel

Nice hotel, great location but pretty average considering the price per night. For $50/head extra, one small serve of cooked breakfast was extremely overpriced. Breakfast table was not cleaned properly. Crockery was dirty. For the price and reputation I expected to wish I could stay there all the time. It wasn't the experience I hoped for.

Some rooms are better than others. We stayed on the 28th floor our first visit and the room was perfect. 2nd stay 8th floor,carpet was dirty and room was just OK.

I have loved every stay here. Professional friendly service and a really beautiful hotel. The rooms especially with view of harbour bridge and opera house are breathtaking. My favourite hotel in Sydney for sure.
