Definitely NOT a 4star hotel. Grubby, building VERY shabby, uncomfortable bed, bathroom so tiny one person can barely fit (and I’m only small!) no pressure in shower. Most overpriced place I have EVER stayed in Sydney. Will not be back!!

Two days in a row my room was not serviced even though I was out the whole day and had left the sign on the door to show I had gone out. Half the equipment in the gym did not work, nor did either of the fans so it was really hot inside! There were also no towels in the gym for 2/4 days!

The hotel is very convenient to all the sights and shopping. It is clean and the bed was comfortable . The hallway to our room was dark and could use a freshen up . We had a room with a balcony which was great for having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening . One comment we have is about the note on the bathroom wall , lol , they ask that you keep the bathroom door closed while showering because Apparently the steam can set off the fire alarms resulting in a $ 2000.00 fine ! Was a mild inconvenience for us because we couldn’t get the fan in the bathroom to work . not sure if it was “ user error “ or it was broken so we had a sauna as well as a shower . LOL Overall a clean comfortable stay .

The convienence in relation to Train Station Wynyard. I also find the service good each time l have stayed here over a good few yrs now. Maybe 10/15 yr period.

Room2011 reported serious problem with ceiling and window reported 8.30am It was obvious that it was not inspected by Manager. Reported again 5.30pm to Evening Manager who moved us to another room and put 2011 out of service.
