"Pool/gulf view is a must. Very nice, but pricey. Sliding glass door very, very hard to move. Shower water temp was way to hot, and could not be cooled with the regulating handle. We did not ask for a handicap accessible shower/bath, but got one. Did note care for the old tile floor, which looked dirty. The beach is really nice, with reasonable fees. Not overcrowded. The pool/gulf view overshadows most small issues."

"This property was wonderful. This is the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in a lot). Hot tub was wonderful. Any amenity that you could think of. Vlad was the best host as well. "We picked this spot for a family vacation, 4 families flying from various places. I couldn't imagine a better place for us in that area. We used the pool a lot, rented a boat, fished and kayaked, and of course enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful beach!! We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Plenty of shops available in a short walk or golf cart ride. The house had enough plates and wares for entertaining. And we absolutely loved the common areas. It was a clean and comfortable...

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the beach service at no cost to us. There was an innocent mistake in our booking dates but the owner compensated us with a night's stay at another location at his expense. Highly recommend the area, condo & facility. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. "The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
