Beautiful property, wonderful amenities and excellent service.

I was first given a room that was clearly occupied. Thankfully nobody was in the room at the time because being in Florida and everybody at the ready with a gun, imagine walking into a room and have someone shoot you as an intruder. I was then given another room that was completely on the other side of the property. The entire property has no access by vehicles other than golf carts and trying to get one is impossible from the room. Nobody ever answers the phone. The self parking is hundreds of yards from any rooms around the complex, is a very narrow path and if any cars did not park properly it is like navigating a maze getting in between some cars. Overall, was a very disappointing stay. Exacerbated by extremely cold weather which, of course, the hotel has no control over but it only made the long walks that much more intolerable. It is highly unlikely I would stay there again or recommend it to anybody.

Beautiful views of the gulf, beach access, parking. Downfall was the adult toys left in the room from a previous guest. And the gross part of not seeing those toys until right before we checked out. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of our room and bed linens. No exhaust fan in bathroom, window opens but full of mold.
