"We stayed here for a concert (JIN from BTS) and I wanted to make sure to leave a comment for the night desk crew, both the gentleman at the desk and the security guard. The security guard specifically was so kind and polite. "
"I wasn’t in the area for long but had a lovely stay at the residence inn, staff were friendly.
Parking was full when I had arrived which was slightly inconvenient but there was a lot very close by. "

"I needed an accommodation close by the Tampa Convention Center. I'm so fortunate to have found Liz and Bob's place. Located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood, this cozy apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. You can tell that Liz and Bob care deeply about making your stay as pleasant as can be, as shown by little details such plush towels, snacks, water bottles in the fridge, and ambient music that greets you when you walk in. Overall, it was a calming environment, which helped me because I was in Tampa to take the Florida Bar Examination.Next time I stay in Tampa, Liz and Bob will have themselves another happy guest!"

"Elevators were a huge issue. Very slow, one day I had to wait 10 minutes for one. The next day the main elevators were not working. The only elevator that was working was a service elevator that had to service all 18 floors. I had to use the stairs to get down. I needed to check out by 7 and had to carry my suitcase and stuff down the stairs because the one working elevator never came."
"I also work in hospitality and was very impressed with this hotel. All the experience was amazing, from the food in the restaurant to the staff members. The valet guys and the front desk were very helpful and nice all the time. Specially Claudia and Theo from the restaurant. Great food recommendations and a really nice chat with Theo. "Check-in was great! I admittedly did not read the check-in instructions super carefully because I was driving, but the owner was very gracious to answer my questions.Pros: Both the condo and the location were just lovely and my son and I felt very safe. Love that all the bedding was white and the mattresses are all encased so we could check for bed bugs quickly and easily (and saw absolutely NONE, thankfully)! Also love that there was extra bedding (as my son had a terrible nosebleed. Fortunately, all the stains came out of the sheets, because the washer and dryer in the unit were great!) The kitchen was well stocked (minus a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but we got creative and split the pizza between the two tiny cookie sheets). Fridge and freezer were very clean. Condo was very clean and we had everything we could have wanted while we were there. Awesome balcony views! Son loved working out at the gym, which is in the building down the street.Cons:We never found the pool, but I know it’s there. Curtains don’t close across the window in master, but there are blinds.Fridge water dispenser leaks a little, but we just kept a couple of paper towels on the floor and it was fine. My son wanted to have a friend over who goes to school in Tampa, but we couldn’t invite her to come for dinner because there was no place for her to park. Having access to a guest parking pass (even one we needed to buy) would have been really nice.Would definitely stay here again! "

"Adorable place and hosts that go the extra mile! We had a slight hiccup with the AC but the hosts jumped right on it and made sure it got fixed super fast and that we were comfortable. Our party liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. From a privacy standpoint it worked well for us. The location is pretty central to many points of interest. As others mentioned, there's a fairly substantial homeless community nearby but they posed no problem at all. The beds were quite comfortable for us, it was clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. We'd stay there again without a doubt! "
