“Great place!!”

“Charming, friendly, excellent breakfast. Loved the Curtis exhibit.”

“It was historical. Old School type. Our room was definitely different. Bedroom nice with nice bed. Tv in bedroom did not work. Sitting area when relaxing left much to be desired. One old chair and bistro iron table and chairs. Overhead light had 1 bulb instead of 3. Bathroom has pedestal sink and no place to set anything. It was quiet and we did have a nice sleep. Good parking in back.”

“Bathrooms desperately need a good cleaning . Check in- waited 15-20min for someone to come to the front desk. Noticed another person in the lobby working on a laptop made eye contact several times. Finally another very nice lady came rushing in to help me and answer the phones that were ringing off the hook. Meanwhile she calls across the lobby for the manager to help. Turns out the person working on the laptop was the property manager Brian. He apologized to me claimed he was so zoned out that……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, peaceful property. Very relaxing both for the heart and the soul, My only complaint was that the hot tub jets never worked while we were there. Additionally, the jets in the room bathtub didn’t work either. No matter, we still enjoyed our time there.”

“We were shocked at the room we were assigned at the Taos Historic Inn. It did not match the image on the site. The room smeled moldy, the carpet was awful. It had a small, old window air conditioner - unbelievable. The room looked over an alley where our view was a drunk and an addict. When we opened the old windows to see if we could freshen up the room, it smelled line garbage. We reported our experience to the hotel and Expedia. We did nit stay at this hotel and found better lodging. What a……

“It was like heaven! The bed was super comfy. The room was perfectly appointed. The soap was divine. The pool was amazing. We really enjoy the restaurant and the grounds. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Walking distance to the Square. If we ever come back to Taos, we will definitely come back to Hotel Willa.”

“What a wonderful place. Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. A delicious full breakfast is included with the room. Plus coffee, tea and cookies are available in the dining room 24/7. The guesthouse is in a peaceful neighborhood and includes free parking. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The check-in process was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Before our arrival, I received an email and text message with a code to retrieve our room keys from a lockbox. Unfortunately, the information I was sent was not intended for us. We unknowingly entered a room that appeared to already be occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning. When I returned to the front desk to explain what had happened, the gentleman working there was rude and made me feel as though the mistake……
