“We checked in late evening to just have an overnight staycation since we actually live in Ranchos de Taos nearby. The staff member was great at check in. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room made alot of noise throughout the night & kicked on & off so much we did not get a good night’s rest. We ended up checking out before 6 am the next morning so we could go home & rest. We informed the front desk & she said she would speak to management……

“The room was perfect for what we needed - a quiet place to sleep while on a road trip. I had a couple of questions in the lead up to our stay, and the staff responded quickly and kindly, which I really appreciated.
