It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Every thing was dated and looked old. Breakfast, food was prepared in a small portions. Most of the time had to wait for food. Room was not clean. Dust on the surfaces, carpet was not cleaned. You could see dropped items on the carpet from the past sitting on the corners specially around the mattress ...
