“The property was in a good central location, The problem is with the management. They were not helpful on a few important points like running hot water! We didn't have hot water for over 24hrs Our stay was for 3 nights. They said the manager would come asap to solve the issue but she never showed up! We showered in freezing cold water for two days. “The location of this hotel is great and very easy to get to by the metro. The price was also okay, but you get what you pay for. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. “Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in. Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions……

"The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. "
