Cleanliness is very important to me and my husband, and our room was immaculate. The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help. "The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor."

"Truly delightful stay. Comfortable and stylish accommodation, extraordinary terrain with historical buildings full of artistic and vintage artifacts. Secluded yet safe. with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food in the onsite restaurant. Great for walking around, where birds, iguanas and even monkeys can be spotted. Impressive seiba trees. Artisan pottery souvenirs can be purchased directly from the artist. "
