"We loved the layout of the property with individual cabins surrounding the pool area. Beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a kitchen and hot shower! Would stay here again!"

"We all hate reviews that say "I would have given it 11 stars if I could." Yep, this is definitely one of those! Incredible rental with friendly hosts. The house is very well appointed on a beautiful property. My husband and I especially loved the enclosed, screened back room that faced the jungle. We woke to howler monkeys and enjoyed hearing the occasional iguana fall from the trees. My hubs likes to "play it by ear" when we travel and I like to do the same AFTER I have all the info I need. :) Host Melissa answered my many, many questions before we arrived and even helped with airport transportation. After a wildly stressful year, we were looking for a peaceful vacation and couldn't be happier with the results. The house is amazing and has everything you need. It was the little things that made it even more special like labeling all the switches and including sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use. We didn't rent a car but didn't miss it. We can't wait to go back, which we will be doing next year. Maybe with less stress and perhaps with a car. 11 stars all the way!"

"Staff were very warm & friendly. Room was to die for. Bed facing private deck with private infinity pool connecting with the ocean & horizon!!! Didn’t really need to leave the room ….except that it was wonderful going up for breakfast every morning (overlooking the whole bay)….or having a drink & some food poolside by the restaurant. Walking down the hill to Las Catalinas & back gave us the cardio we needed. My favorite hotel in the world ! "

"Z-102 Studios is an extraordinary place to stay!!!! I couldn’t speak more highly of it. Modern architecture, well appointed, artistic, functional… beyond expectation. We traveled with our young kids, so the extra bedroom, stocked kitchen, and pool were a huge plus. We had everything we needed and more. The entire property was kept immaculately clean and well presented. The appliances top notch and there’s even a washer/dryer, which came in great handy for us. Wish we could have stayed longer! It would be awesome to book all 4 apartments and come with family and friends. The neighboring area looks super cute, with live music, karaoke, outdoor restaurants and bars. We didn’t get to experience it because of a short visit, but it looked very inviting and lively. Gabriela, our rental contact was proactive, very hospitable, and super easy to contact. The check in process was super easy and smooth. The only thing to note is that our drive in was an interesting journey, crossing 2 flooded roads. We were driving at night and very lucky that we were following a local who knew the paths through the water. Otherwise, we would have turned back! So I would recommend traveling in daylight if possible, but it sure was a great way to get the true Costa Rica welcome experience! We loved our stay at Z-102 studios and would happily return. Highly recommended!!!"
