Sea Rock Ranch is a lovely one level ranch style home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This comfortable house has everything you need for your wine country family getaway! Each bedroom is made ready with clean quality bedding which will have each person sleeping like royalty. The master bedroom features a comfy queen size bed and offers private ensuite bath. As a bonus, there is an additional futon in the master and a sofa bed in the living room, providing additional sleeping options for families! The large open kitchen is perfect to cook and entertain, while the group gathers in the adjacent living room featuring a cozy fireplace. Rack up the billiards and let the fun begin with a good game of pool or set up the poker table and show off your poker face. There is never a dull moment at Sea Rock Ranch. Once its time to eat, you can gather around the wonderful long dining table to enjoy a humbling meal with family and friends. The backyard is spacious and divine with the best amenities to provide a relaxing stay. Take a warm dip in the new spa, or have an evening glass of wine around the gas firepit under the lovely arbor with an added outdoor daybed! Grown fruit trees and a lovely garden can be enjoyed from two spaces. The covered porch offers enough seating to lounge in while you wait for the BBQ to heat up and begin cooking! Nicely set up
This was a central location for us though the close immediate area does not have much. The family had a lot of bonding time over pool that I’m sure has made some lasting memories for my kids. The house had almost everything we needed and was well supplied.

Great Family Property
The house was perfect for our family. We even brought out 1.5 year old who loved running outside in the yard. House was cozy and well stocked with what we needed. Only thing to mention is the heat in the primary bedroom is very poor, so it did get chilly overnight. The house did have a space heater which fixed the concern. Overall a great find and highly recommend!!

We had a great time at Sea Rock Ranch. The location was excellent for wine tasting. The property was very clean and the kitchen fully stock for preparing meals at "home". We really enjoyed the back yard.

Spring break trip
Family trip for spring break with 2 college age kids. Fairly rainy early spring visit. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, toiletries. Pool table was fun. Hard floors throughout, very clean but a couple rugs would be nice touch for cold mornings. Coffee pot was broken and they delivered a new one promptly when we called (thanks!). Close to Trader Joe’s and farmers market for meal shopping!

We celebrated Christmas here!
This home was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and we had plenty of room at the big table. We were even able to bring our family dog! We enjoyed wine tasting during the day and spending time in front of the fireplace in the evening.

Memorial Reunion
This property is located within minutes of downtown Templeton, I have easy access to surrounding areas. The home is decorated beautifully and would be comfortable for many types of groups. I was traveling with grandparents, aunts and uncles, and my family that included two younger children. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all of our needs. Things like wine glasses for the adults and non-breakable plates for the kids or a nice touch. Many rentals do not include many basic household supplies, however this location had coffee needs, essential spices, toiletries, and supplies for laundry. Communications along with checking in and out were simple, and our family would definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood, however house was in need of updating, worn dirty carpets, and older kitchen. It would be nice if garage parking was possible, especially the day we arrived, it was 108 hot! Nice walking streets in flat neighborhood, easy access to wineries, downtown, etc.

Nice cozy place
This home was perfect for our party of 6. Nice big front and back yards. Lots of comfortable furniture and the beds didn't disappoint. Some of us wished it had a hot tub or pool and garage access would have been a bonus. Otherwise it was a very nice place and we all enjoyed our stay.
