“No tiene calefacción la alberca. La chica de recepción nos recibió con mala cara. Entiendo que todos tenemos un día malo pero no había nada de gente y cuando le hacía preguntas ni si quiera me miraba. Fatal. La comida está pasable. El precio del hotel no va de acuerdo con lo que obtienes. ”

“The location is the most significant advantage of this property; however, the overall customer service is unsatisfactory. There is a lack of helpfulness, and on certain occasions, it appears that guests are being treated as if they are being served a favor.”

“Only a few chase lounges for guest. Employees were extremely kind and helpful. Just smaller than i thought”

“Staff were very nice and made us feel important and welcome every day. They answered our questions and made excellent suggestions for our travel plans. The hotel room itself was the basic one. We would have liked to have a fridge but although that was not available, staff were able to accommodate our needs. The fan and A/C worked great. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable of mattress. Pool had warm water with ample seating and shade options……

“At the beginning, we booked 1 night at the hotel. The moment we entered into the house, we were all amazed, and later on joyful. It is a very relaxing and well decorated house with a swimming pool and courtyard. Just like home. So we immediately made a decision that when we came back to La Paz after our diving trip, we stayed here again. The owner is a couple, very nice and kind. The hostess was very warmhearted, helping us to reserve a table at the restaurant, cooking breakfast earlier than……

“Room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the beach location, and a short drive over to the Malecón. Private and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. Leeann was a wonderful hostess. Highly recommend this place.”

“We (my partner and I plus 3 friends) took rooms here before and after a kayak camping trip. A great place to prepare for the paddle, then chill after being out on the open water for 5 days. Rooms are spacious. Lots of public spaces (sun and shade). Great complimentary breakfast. Secure parking. Bikes and scooters for rent. What more could you want at this price?! OK, so this is a bit of a walk from the malecon, but the walk route is safe.”

“El restaurante tiene mala calidad en la comida. La gente del restaurante está amargada y no quiere trabajar. Viajamos con niños y el día de nuestra llegada nos dicen que no va haber servicio de restaurante durante nuestra estancia (pagamos para estar 7 noches). El hotel se siente viejo y olvidado. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, si le dieran una remodelación a sus instalaciones sería un gran spot. ”
