great flight good food, great services

Never charge people to bring bikes. People flying with bikes want to enjoy their passion getting changed to bring bikes ruins their vacation.

Dec 4, 2019

seats very uncomfortable...climbing up and down stairs with carryon and long line very arduous

Dec 1, 2019

No space under the seat for a small bag. The staff provided excellent service, but all of them favored efficiency rather than welcoming spirit and gentleness. They didn’t seem relaxed or serving the customers from their heart.
