"This is a really lovely gem of a hotel located in a beautiful square in the heart of the Hague. The only reason I would not give 5 stars for staff and service is because there is hardly ever anyone at the front desk and the stairs are very steep. I would not recommend the hotel if one is not in tip top shape to lug bags up the steepest staircase (I know this is a common enough experience in the Netherlands, but this particular set of stairs struck us as really challenging. Comfy hotel.
"The Art Hotel is located next to the Maashaven metro station, which makes it so easy to travel around. It’s a modern hotel with spacious rooms and some with views over the harbour. Very clean and friendly staff. My only negative comment would be that the hot food in the breakfast buffet is cold. "
