We were especially thankful for Kris and Reese's service in the restaurant. Pro tip: change the bedsheets to vertical, so you don't have to step over each other when visiting the toilet at night ;)."
"Reception bar staff( 2 males)on arrival were friendly and helpful. The girl on checkout was a bit dismissive. The hotel was funky although some areas were dark and not so welcoming ( the lift lobby) felt like it was forgotten about.

" Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it.
Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "
"First of all the staff at Crowne Plaza made are trip the best one ever experienced by us. The food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ top notch, also the pool was small but great 😊 and we didn’t use it but the gym looks friendly and professional. Over all I absolutely recommend."

"Arrived at the hotel after an exhausting 11 coach trip. Check in was slow as the member of staff ignored us and spent her time talking in a foreign language to 2 guests she was checking in which took her well over 5 mins! Eventually another member of staff appeared and dealt with us. She was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay in a lovely room and breakfast was amazing! Will definitely book this hotel again. "
