Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We have been to the IOW many times over the years, but this is our first time staying at the Albion, but it won't be our last!
Would like to have dined at the hotel's restaurant - The Rock - one evening, but there was very little offered on the menu for vegans, so we went elsewhere. Having spoken to the restaurant manager about this, hopefully that will change soon. Likewise some issues with vegan options at breakfast - again we were assured this was changing. Breakfast location overlooking the bay with the sun coming up was lovely though.
We had a suite overlooking the bay and it was spectacular watching the stormy sea raging and the waves crashing against the windows (August Bank Holiday weather)!
The IOW is definitely our happy place and the Albion will be our 'go to' hotel for our future visits. :)
