Le seul petit bémol concerne l’arrivée avant 15 h : même si la chambre est déjà prête, des frais de 25 £ sont demandés pour pouvoir en prendre possession plus tôt. C’est un détail que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant.

Nice hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay

The electric shower was leaking water so we couldn't have a shower as we were too worried we would be electrocuted. Tried to mention it but no one seemed to be interested. The room was stifling and they gave us a clapped out old fan which only worked when it decided to work. For the price we paid and the quality I wouldn't stay again as I could get better in the area for the price we paid and I did.

**A disappointing decline since our last stay** We had a wonderful summer holiday at this hotel two years ago, which is why we chose to return this year. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. Staff were often nowhere to be found. At around 8am, we repeatedly had to search for a waiter just to be seated or place our breakfast order, even though the breakfast room was almost empty, so this could not simply be blamed on staff being too busy. The water in the dog bowls in the reception and communal areas was consistently dirty and stale. The shampoo and body-wash bottles in our room were empty, and no one came to clean the room. Towels were not replaced, and fresh drinking water was provided only on the day we checked in. The standard of service and attention to detail has declined dramatically since our previous visit. It felt as though the hotel may be under different management. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Upon arrival we were told there would be a continental breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast but only had a cooked breakfast offered. However it was good

Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. The bed/bedding and the bathroom were nice but the remainder of the room was very curiously furnished. The times of availability for breakfast were very limited and we did not have it.

Fantastic view. Such lovely staff. Love it! A little bit more milk pods in the room would be even better!

Beautifully decorated and clean hotel. Good breakfast, lovely bar and super helpful staff. Will visit again. Thank you
