“We had a comfortable stay. It was very convenient for the cruise terminal being just a short walk away. The rooms are decorated beautifully. However, our room was starting to look a bit tired. The sink was cracked and the carpet was starting to look a bit worn. Excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast in the morning, plenty of hot and cold items on offer.”

“We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,……

“The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food.”
