A lovely touch was that if you forgot your toothpaste or toiletry item, they were supplied complimentary. The bed and bed linen and pillows were all very clean and comfortable.”

“Absolutely loved staying in the Ocean View Pods. It had an amazing view and we had everything we needed inside the pod. The hot tub was a big bonus, highly recommend! Be sure to give yourself enough time as it takes a few hours to warm up! It was an amazing getaway overall.”

“Service could have been slighter better with regards to tranfers between main hotel and forest accomadation given it being December and your expected to wear your robe to and from spa as only private members get lockers. Which isnt very appropriate when stayin away from the main spa itself. ”
