“Room was lovely had what you need.
It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. ”

“Booked room for 3 nights. After 2 we were told we would have to move rooms due to an over booking. We had to check out of our room for 11 and our new room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we were without a room during the day. The hotel has recently been taken over and is now geared to families with children and our room was next to an adventure play park which was very noisy from 8am to 9:30 pm. The hotel spa was closed until next easter. The brasserie was upstairs and was near impossible to……
