The Shoppes at College Hills Tours

Very basic. Room was in need of repair as was the rest of the motel. Room was cleaner than the public areas. Pillows were not good. Hallways smelled of marijuana.

We really liked the property and our room. We had a 2nd bedroom upstairs with it's own bathroom so our teens had their privacy and so did we. Th kitchen we did not use had plates, glasses and a little coffeemaker. Staff was very nice and check in was fast. I did not get to use their pool or work out area so I can not comment on that but the breakfast area was great. I did not expect a nice hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels,bread, cereal,yogurt, coffee, juice, milk and envelopes of hot chocolate. They also give you a complimentary soda or drink at their bar area. Breakfast staff was nice and kept the area clean. Would stay here again. It was a short drive to Illinois State University which is why we came.
