“This is my second stay at the ROK in Kingston, Jamaica. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff very helpful. Service and food at the restaurant was excellent. The AC in the room was a bit too low/cold but could not be adjusted. Overall stay was very comfortable.”

“The property was clean, the staff was warm and helpful. The hotel was near the sites we wanted to visit such as Bob Marley's Museum, Devon's House and the Knutsford Express. The taxi driver that was recommended was also very helpful. The hotel was quiet and had all the amenities and facilities we required for our stay.”

“When I arrived I was told by the owner that he didn't receive an update from Expedia because his internet isn't working properly. After standing there for a while, he called me back and said that if I could wait 1 hr, he would give me a room for the night.
