"This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. "The location was just as promised. The view on the deck is beautiful and the apartment was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. We’ll be back."

"The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! Felt like I was in a movie theater!"

"The Nest is so close to everything. Walked in and the place is so clean. Like no one has ever stayed there before. Cass was super responsive (within minutes of messaging him I had a response). Checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Our next visit to the area, we will be staying there again. Best place in town for sure. Tip: Enter the front door code to the lobby super fast. That thing is a little temperamental. Side note: Check out Theo’s restaurant for breakfast."

"Very nice house. Right across the street from the beach. Very easy access. Boat ramp is very close by. Plenty of space in the driveway for our pickup truck and boat trailer. Great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the lake."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."
