This was my first stay at a Larkspur Landing. For the price, it wasn't bad. Some PROS: Nice TV in the room. I was traveling for business, so it was very important to have good desk space and a comfortable chair. I take good care of my car, so parking is always important to me. The lot was spacious and adequate. There are many good amenities nearby like In-N-Out Burger, and it was nice to be able to walk there instead of waiting the drive thru. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were also some CONS: In general, the place was not super clean or well maintained. A few of the provided towels were still dirty. It's always nice to have a fridge, but it was dented and scratched. The paint was chipping on every kitchen cabinet, and the carpet was frayed. The room itself had a weird smell, and there was (no joke) a basketball-sized hole in the window screen that had apparently been caused by the nearby tree branches. None of these things are "deal breakers" per se, but it just felt like they didn't take any pride in the place. Overall, it was a decent stay, especially for the price. 3/5.
