"When we got into our room, we found hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. My wife always takes Clorox cleaner spray to clean the toilet and shower so, we were going to clean it anyway. The water in the tub/shower was partially clogged so we got maintenance to pour some drank and we let it sit for over an hour before we ran hot water. That fixed the problem. At night, the AC would make a loud banging noise that would wake me up about every half hour. The rest of our stay was great. We enjoyed the free cocktails and relaxed at the pool with our kids. Additionally, we really enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast. It was wonderful to have a made to order omelette. We did tip our bartender and the person making the custom breakfast omelettes. Overall, our stay was good. I give it a 4 out of 5!"
