“Unfortunately, we didnt have a good experience at all and it didnt match the reviews I saw on the site (9.2 excellent). Upon entering the lobby, you can smell a very strong mold smell. We found a roach on the carpet (which they removed and later told us was a cranberry?..). The room hadn't been vacuumed, was also dusty and lastly the toilet wasnt working properly and wouldn't fill up. The only positive was the front desk staff who was very understanding and helpful. “The staff was helpful and great. The property on the other hand needs serious help. Room 211 opened with the push of a finger when I used the key so I went inside and shut the door harder and with one finger on the latch it swung open. I tried shutting the door harder and had the same results. Have two videos of myself being able to push or pull the door open with one finger. I couldn’t stay in the room as my items wouldn’t be secure when I wasn’t inside and able to latch the security lock. I……
