“Great!!! Front Desk Stuff was really friendly and easy check in, very very helpful and colorful. I was going back home north from Aranzas to Round Rock and was tired to make it back in one shot and got on expedia and found this deal. They have a nice green lawn visible from every room! and a really nice bbq pit!! - it is really nice! Missing rhe pics. Quiet, no other hotels right next to it. Love’s gas station is right there by the highway with a Mcdonalds and love’s have an EV station like……

“Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very……
