“The NaturaLodge was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy the town before we went to Machu Picchu. It exceeded our expectations, especially with things such as the cleanliness, nice bathroom, amazing views, location, lovely breakfast on top of the hotel with more amazing views, and the friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel is the trek up the stairs to get to the hotel entrance. But even with that, we would still highly recommend this hotel!”

“服务很差，午餐已包含，让我们点饮料，给了早餐剩余的果汁，然后要收费40Sol，食物不好吃。房间里的拖鞋是很旧的塑料拖鞋，不肯提供一次性拖鞋。房间里一股卫生间怪味，所有的窗帘不遮光，让人睡不好。总之又贵又差！”

“The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.”

“Google Maps isn’t perfectly accurate, but it’s useful for getting to the street address. The door number on Google Maps can lead you to the wrong street, about one or two blocks away. Just walk to the end of the street and look for the hotel sign.”

“A lot of surround noise. Smoky smell. Otherwise, it's very easy to walk rom bus station.”

“Room was clean, no frills and hot water goes out sometimes for a minute or so but Eddie was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and Eddie cooked. The man was doing it all.”
