“you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. ”

“This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at Room was awful..bed hard as a rock and pillows were non existent .AC and heating unit broke and stuck in loop..it's apparent the owner is not concerned with quality in the least.Do not be fooled by the great location..It Is every bit as bad as it looks.”

“The floor was dirty. I had to climb up on the sink counter to turn on a less than efficient air conditioner. Staff was very friendly .”

“Hotel is under new ownership. Owners seem nice but the hotel needs a lot of updating. It was clean, but a fresh coat of paint, replacing doors, and possibly a new mattress would make the stay better, not just a mattress pad. There is no complimentary breakfast due to “covid restrictions”. Heat/AC system was struggling. Close to every thing we wanted to do in the area. ”
