"Overall, a decent place for a quick stay like a layover or in between plans. Only issue I had is that the booking was unable to be retrieved by the front desk person. Then there was miscommunication between the front desk person and their boss. I had to go downstairs after settling in to handle the matter. Hotels.com = Expedia on their end and the boss was able to find that my reservation was indeed paid for ahead of my arrival on hotels.com. Somehow the front desk person communicated that the booking was not coming up on the hotels website. The front desk clearly understood hotels.com as we went over it twice (in Spanish). Print your receipt and the statement or the page on your credit card showing the payment if you can. "
