“Great, simple unit just a few minutes from downtown Boone. Interior was exactly as described and very clean. The hot tub was surprisingly clean and well maintained, and super hot. I’d love for the owners to clean up the entrance as that was an eyesore. Arriving to an entrance cluttered with garbage cans, a random hose thrown next to the door, and rusted-out lights was a bit nerve-racking until we went inside and saw how clean everything was. We will definitely come back to this one for……

“It was nice and affordable. The location and the cabin overall was very nice. Kitchen, appliances, towels are all very good. I wish they changed the rugs on both the floors as they look really old, dirty and smelly. The basement toilet overflowed but since there are two other bathrooms we were ok. Overall good experience.”

“The owners were very nice. The guest house was not air conditioned. There was two fans. There was no silverware, had to go buy plastic utensils. No dishwasher. There was a mini refrigerator. No ice maker, only one ice tray. It is set up like a studio apartment. The place was peaceful and has a nice country view.”

“This cabin was one of my favorite places we have stayed! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. The location is very convenient to the city but you still feel like you are secluded. Also, we were able to get Door Dash delivery on the night of our arrival so we didn’t have to run back out to get food. We are looking forward to coming back here again.”

“We had a great stay at this cabin. The property is absolutely beautiful. It is secluded & very peaceful! The only things I would say is almost all of the headrests on the hot tub were missing and the one that was there was hanging off & broke & the box out by the river with the cushions in it for the patio furniture that is out by the river had ants & ant piles all in it. I did inform the property owner so I'm sure they will take care of that. We still enjoyed the hot tub very much & it was all……
