“The place is very clean and great location- easy to walk around Tempe, Mill Ave and ASU campus. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space. Vince was attentive and responsive. Only notes is that there are a lot of stairs, and sparse amenities- towels and toilet paper and kitchen stuff. Fine for a short stay and if you don’t plan to cook a lot.
