“I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed. ”

“The host was very communicative and friendly. Very clean environment and well maintained. It met our needs well. We brought our own towels and blankets and I think that served us well but there were some provided. I Kcup coffee maker was awesome and came in clutch. A/c worked well and the bed fit 2 people comfortably. Would definitely stay again! ”

“This property was hard to get into at first. We were only provided one set of keys/fobs, although we expected two sets. This was tough with a group of us, especially because the front door of the apartment would not close without the fob, so we all had to leave together in order to lock the apartment. Also, the fob did not work the front door of the building, so we had to walk around to use the back door of the building. The building is within walking distance of the convention center,……

“This apartment was a great place to explore Phoenix. The location is close to restaurants, museums, and hiking. Comfortable furnishings, great gym, easy in-and-out. We stayed for a week, and will be back again in the futuire.”

“Host didn’t specify to put dog under as another guest anywhere in the listing or before or after first meeting us in person with our DOG. Ended up trying to overcharge me for an unauthorized pet fee (which any fee should have been included), stolen toilet paper HOLDER, dog poop that I picked up, some dirty dishes and towels and unmade bed. On top of all that they said it took a cleaning CREW 4 hours to clean… for said dirty dishes and towels plus unmade bed. On top of all of THAT their son……
