Ended up trying to overcharge me for an unauthorized pet fee (which any fee should have been included), stolen toilet paper HOLDER, dog poop that I picked up, some dirty dishes and towels and unmade bed. “I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. “This property was hard to get into at first. We were only provided one set of keys/fobs, although we expected two sets. This was tough with a group of us, especially because the front door of the apartment would not close without the fob, so we all had to leave together in order to lock the apartment.
