"Dinner in hotel restaurant was a VERY prolonged experience probably because of large tour groups. It was our mistake for not anticipating slow service having seen the tour groups, and we’ll not make that mistake again in a hotel. We’ve been in Italy for over a week and have eaten at a number of restaurants with a pace in our meal that could be adjusted to our desires. Not so here. "We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. "One of the more beautiful stays of our trip. You could walk out our back door and pool was steps away. The view was gorgeous and it was peaceful. The only negative was parking. We were told we would have to drive 1/4 mile(?) down the hill and park and walk back up. No offer for a ride or shuttle. However there was a parking lot next to the hotel with empty spots which was not even mentioned. Also watch out for the hammock. Tried to sit in it and it threw me right out. "
