"Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was immaculate, and the peaceful setting, combined with the beautiful views of the grounds from our ground-floor room, made it the perfect place to relax.
A lovely touch was the complimentary wellies available for guests to use while exploring the grounds, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Throughout our stay, the service was attentive yet unobtrusive,...

Booked 2 nights for my parents to stay at Christmas. The room was very comfortable and quiet, very clean and the facilities in the room were good nice shower, tea/ coffee maker and TV) plus WiFi. They said the breakfast was superb. Only downside is that there is no public area other than the bar / restaurant and an outdoor seating area

I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions.
The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the
staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Another bonus was the hotel bar, which offered an array of food choices which was a welcomed convenience after a long day of...
