"Most disappointing of all my stays at several Novotels. Room was looking tired and dated, an off putting drain smell from the bathroom. Room had no remote control for the TV. Cooked breakfast very average. Staff ok but not the most welcoming. Would I book again, no, I would look for an alternative. "

"We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!"

"Totally disappointed with how dated the room was. Definitely charging more than they should. The top bunk bed in the family room isn’t safe as the mattress is too tall and there’s risk of kids falling out. There were slugs in the bathroom which my husband had to pick out and the walls and floor were so grubby. We found a toenail on the floor too. The pillows and the bed are very uncomfortable and we didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire three nights we were there. We wish we’d stayed in the premier inn. Paid almost £300 for 3 nights and I have no idea what we paid for as no one came to turn down our bedroom, and we had to seek out hand soap as none was left in the bathroom for us to use. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Won’t be back."
