Overall, our stay was just okay. We checked in around 9:30 p.m., and after a long day of traveling, I was looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing. Unfortunately, when I turned on the shower, the hose connected to the showerhead had a major leak and started spraying water everywhere. I called the front desk to explain the issue, and they sent maintenance up. However, the maintenance employee arrived with a replacement showerhead instead of a hose because the issue had been communicated incorrectly. He was visibly frustrated and had to leave to get the correct part before returning to fix it. Unfortunately, the shower continued to leak throughout the rest of our stay. At that point, we decided to just deal with it rather than go through the maintenance process again. We also requested daily housekeeping when we checked in. One day, housekeeping never came, which wasn’t a huge deal. However, when we called to request additional towels, it took two phone calls and approximately two hours before they were finally delivered. While none of these issues completely ruined our trip, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the expectations we had for our stay. The service and attention to detail could definitely use some improvement. If we return to the area, we would likely consider staying at one of the other hotels instead. On a positive note, we did dine at Wolf, and that experience was excellent! The restaurant was definitely a highlight!
