Affordable last minute option. Very, very pleased with the accommodation. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Clean room and they provided towels and toiletries. Took the room with a private bathroom for an additional fee. Very friendly and amiable hosts. Highly recommended.

Very clean room and all equipped , the basement room has non shared bathroom. Owner is very easy to communicate with, everything is fine for the price in Markham. There was some noises from ventilation heating system in the night , so you need ear plug to have a good sleeping

This only concern is the parking. We parked on the street. The owner helped us to register the car to the city per city's street parking polices. The location is very good especially is very close to new China town.
