You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

We had the most amazing stay at One and Only. We vacation in Cabo every year and this was our first stay at this property. Now that we have experienced O&O, we won’t be staying anywhere else! We stayed in the oceanfront casita with a plunge pool and it was absolutely incredible. Hector, our concierge, was attentive and kind. We loved everything about our time and can’t wait to return!

​We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos in August after paying extra for an upgraded room, only to be placed directly in an area undergoing construction with a broken elevator for the first two days. Carrying luggage and navigating construction zones made the start of our vacation a complete nightmare for my family. On the third day, management finally moved us to a quiet room with a working elevator, but they flatly refused to offer any credit or compensation for the ruined days—despite our repeated pleas. Beyond the room issues, the daily breakfast buffet was awful, though it's worth noting the sit-down restaurants on the property were excellent. Given the high price tag and total lack of customer recovery from management, there are far better options in Los Cabos. Be very careful before spending thousands of dollars here.
