You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

We had such a wonderful stay in Grand Velas Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, the resort was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The property was very well maintained, the views were absolutely stunning, and the entire atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel taken care of. We really enjoyed the pools, the food, and the overall service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, and waking up in such a beautiful setting every day was definitely a highlight. Overall, we had an amazing experience and made some great memories here. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas and would love to come back again!

Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful with any and all requests we had. This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many high end resorts throughout Cancun and Cabo. I am knocking off one star for the lack of activities and absolutely outrageous food/beverage costs. We had a day of rain during our stay, and there is absolutely nothing to do on resort property that is indoors, aside from staying in your room. They also don’t have any indoor restaurants, so you’re stuck with ordering room service or going to the one covered dining option that is outdoors. The food and drink prices were also quite the shock. Expect to pay a minimum of $500 a day per couple here if you are eating all meals at the resort. They include a 16% service charge on absolutely everything you order, on top of taxes and the absurd initial cost of the item itself. For example, after tax and service charge, we paid $60 for 2 espresso martinis. Definitely stock up on alcohol before coming if you want to save some money. Food prices were not much better. All in all, if you come to this resort expecting to pay for these things, it will be an incredible experience. Everything is incredible here.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and you’re made to feel welcomed and valued. The grounds are immaculate. Our host was absolutely lovely - the service at this hotel is above and beyond. the downsides of the hotel were the lack of easy access to town and the extreme costs of food. There is no guacamole on the earth worth what they charge for at this hotel. The pricing of the food is exorbitant and was disappointing. The hotel itself was a bit low energy and could have benefited from music (even something relaxing) at the pool. Again, I’m glad to have stayed here once however I prefer opportunities to explore the culture of Mexico which this didn’t necessarily easily allow. I likely wouldn’t stay here again in the near future.
