“Beautiful property, excellent service. We had a wonderful time. I was with teenagers so I don’t know how family friendly it is for little kids. Restaurants and food on property were very good. It’s remote so hard to get other places without a car.”

Food was great, you get a lot of great options/restaurants with the all inclusive (there are premium $ menus as well), and although it wasn’t necessary for my family, it looked like they were meticulous with allergies/restrictions. “MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. “If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all.
