"The flat is in a fantastic, convenient location in Tours, close to the tram and easily walkabke to most points of interest. The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. "This property is fantastic! The pictures are identical to what you should expect. The front door to the building is locked so you don’t need to panic about that just go to the lock box which is to your right punch in your number and there’s your key… our Uber from the train station Dropped us off at the end of the alley where the apartment is so you do have to drag your suitcases for about two minutes or so. Please do the self-guided walking tour. It is a fun interactive way to see Vieux Tours....

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé à quelques pas de la cathédrale. Cependant propreté des sols moyenne, description a revoir on vous annonce 4 chambres or l’une d’elle est traversante sur une autre chambre. Il manque du mobilier pour poser ses affaires pas une seule tablette dans la chambre traversante. Idem dans la salle de bain il manque un petit meuble d’appoint et nous n’étions que 4. Prévoir plus de vaisselle aussi. Merci"

"Désolé, la majeure partie sera en anglais. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. I was sorry not to meet Jean-Philippe in person but we communicated a lot through VRBO. He was very kind about making alternative arrangements for a friend of his to let us into the apartment when our arrival was earlier than his availability. The shower and tub are super cool (and the hot water was delightfully hot, which was great after a rainy, cold day) but definitely takes getting used...

"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"The hotel is comfortable but located in a sketchy area. It’s convenient for three reasons, available parking for a fee, a shopping mall across the street with a small supermarket and a tram that takes you to the city center across the street on the main avenue. "
